All products are dispatched within 1-3 days.

DELIVERY TIME:

Once the artwork is dispatched, you should expect it delivered to your door as per the following:

United Kingdom: 1-3 working days.
Europe: 2-6 working days.
United States: 5-10 working days.
Rest Of World: 5-10 working days.

MAKING A RETURN:

​

Sometimes you just need to send something back and that's no problem! Simply follow the steps below:

1. Please email contact@rmlondondesign.com and request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Don't forget to give us your order number.

2. All artworks must be returned in the same condition in which they arrived. In order to qualify for a refund, artworks must be carefully packed and returned in their original packaging.

3.Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition ,the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

4.Once your order has been safely received back, we will process your return and refund the credit or debit card you used to pay with. Please note refunds can take approximately 5 - 10 working days to arrive, depending upon the bank.
